Classes
Group Sessions
Classes will be conducted twice a week, for a total of eight sessions per month.
Each session will be one hour long.
You must stick to a regular timeslot for your sessions.
Students are expected to complete all eight sessions within the month. Missed sessions will not be carried over to the next month.
Individual Sessions
Classes will be conducted once a week. for a total of four sessions per month.
Each session will be 40 minutes long.
You must stick to a regular timeslot for your sessions.
Students are expected to complete all Four sessions within the month. Missed sessions will not be carried over to the next month.
Individual sessions are only available for online Courses.
Holiday Policy
Since we will finish our eight-session or four-session program in the first four weeks, the fifth week of the month (29, 30, and 31) will be a holiday.
No compensation or extra session can be scheduled during fifth-week holiday.
Payments
Fees for the respective month should be paid in advance on or before the 5th of every month.
Late fee payments will be duly fined with Rs 100.
Admission fee and course fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Counting of classes and paying accordingly will not be entertained in any form.
Students who rejoin the course must pay the fee in advance before taking their first session, as we follow an advance fee payment cycle.
Make-up classes
If a student misses a class for any reason, they will have to make up for it with a compensated class from the master. Fees will not be refunded for missed classes.
Uninformed compensation classes will not be entertained. Prior permission is required from the master to attend the session.
The academy will not be liable if the student forgets to fix up their compensation session.
Cancellations and changes
Linod Academy reserves the right to alter or cancel any classes due to unforeseen circumstances as needed. An equivalent session will be provided as compensation.
The duration of the course will be dependent entirely on the student’s performance and practice.
Each month, we will only provide the committed number of sessions, and no extra sessions will be arranged to finish each grade.
Upon completion of a grade level and advancement to the next grade, a new fee structure will be applicable to the student.
Attendance
We ask that you attend all of the sessions you have registered for in a given month.
If you fail to attend any of the sessions in a month, you will be required to take four additional sessions during the next month, in addition to the regular sessions.
In order to take the upcoming Trinity Exam, students must have attended regular classes every session of the month. Those with irregular attendance will not be allowed to take the exam.
You will also be required to pay the missed month’s fee once you rejoin the next month along with that month fee, but you will only need to pay half of the fee for the month you did not attend.
Instruments ( Offline session's )
For the first month, the academy will provide instruments that can be used during the session.
From the second month onwards, students are required to carry their own instruments to the academy every session.
This does not apply to drums students, who will continue to use the academy's drums.However, from Grade 2 onwards, it is compulsory to have a drum kit at home for practice
Any damage made to the instruments by the student will be the responsibility of the student.

Changes to the terms and conditions
